Positions Vacant

Exciting opportunities have arisen for hardworking indivisuals to work with the Roads Maintenance and Construction Team on a full-time basis (76 hours, 9-day fortnight).

If you can operate plant or want a job working outdoors as a general labourer with the opportunity to be trained in the operation of medium plant these are the jobs for you!

The positions present an excellent opportunity to pursue a career in the civil construction industry in the local area.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The positions would ideally suit a person who is prepared to work outdoors, have good fitness and health, be willing to learn, follow direction, show initiative and responsibility and have a genuine interest in the construction industry.

A person with both labouring experience and/or experience in the operation of construction plant or similar equipment are encouraged to apply.

CONDITIONS:

Employment conditions are as per the Local Government (State) Award 2023.

Applications must be either an Australian Citizen or has the right to work in Australia. A complete medical fitness and functional assessment will be required to be undertaken by the accepted applicant.
