Expression of Interest

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – CLEANING CONTRACT

Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced local businesses for the provision of cleaning services for the following Council facilities:

• Junee Shire Council Administration Offices, 29 Belmore Street, Junee
• Junee Library, 92 Lorne Street, Junee
• Depot, Joffre Street, Junee
• Sewer Treatment Plant, 70 Old Junee Road, Junee
• Public Holidays Toilets only: Wallacetown Rest Area, Illabo Rest Area, Old Junee Rest Area, Bethungra Rest Area, Bethungra Dam Reserve and Sandy Beach Reserve.

Expressions of interest can be submitted for some of, OR all of, the various buildings/locations listed above.

The contract is for one year. Council may extend the agreement on a yearly basis for an additional two years, based on the assessment outcome of contractor’s performance, provision of the appropriate insurances and the rates at the end of each financial year.

The successful supplier shall be required to hold and maintain suitable and relevant insurances.
