Application Requirements
Junee Shire Council only accepts Development Applications (including modifications, Section 8.3 Review Applications and Subdivision Certificate Applications through the NSW Planning Portal.

All applications are now received through the NSW Planning Portal.

Before you prepare a development application (DA) for a major development such as a new building or major refurbishment, get in touch with our Planning Department on (02) 6924 8100 or email our customerserviceteam@junee.nsw.gov.au. Fee quotes can be requested prior to submitting an application by contacting Council.
